Reality TV worlds will collide on next week’s episode of Made In Chelsea as Lisa Vanderpump makes her debut on Made In Chelsea.
In a flash-forward of what viewers can expect from the episode which will air on October 20, the Vanderpump Rules star was spotted for the first time.
Lisa, 65, originally gained fame as one of the main cast members on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, which she starred in from 2010 until 2019.
Now, she will made an appearance in the long-running E4 series to sit down with her nephew Sam, 28, and his fiancée Alice Yaxley.
The reality star will give her nephew an X-rated grilling after dropping the news that he and Alice, 24, are expecting their first child together.
Ahead of her appearance at the end of the episode that aired on Monday (October 13), Sam was seen telling his co-stars he’s a ‘terrified’ of telling his famous aunt.

Ahead of her appearance at the end of the episode that aired on Monday (October 13), Sam was seen telling his co-stars he’s a ‘terrified’ of telling his famous aunt
He admitted to Ollie Locke and Angus Findlay: ‘My aunt is the most amazing person ever, but I’m actually quite terrified.’
The next scene sees Sam sitting down with Lisa, telling her: ‘Alice is pregnant,’ while the camera focuses on her shocked reaction.
Back at the start of the series, another flash-forward of the action to come showed Sam being quizzed on whether he had been ‘making Vanderbabies’ in his aunt Lisa’s bed – hinting at what’s to come following him breaking the news.
It was revealed earlier this year that Lisa would make an appearance on the series, over a year after Sam joined the line-up of Made In Chelsea last April.
Since his debut, Sam has made a number of references to his famous aunt in conversation with his co-stars – but this will mark her first cameo appearance.
Last series saw the reality TV star get down on one knee to propose to girlfriend Alice after deciding she was the one when she cared for him during a life-threatening battle with sepsis.
Their whirlwind romance and engagement was a major storyline, and yet more focus is set to be drawn on the pair with the announcement Alice is pregnant.
The pregnancy came as a shock to the pair, particularly to model Alice, who has polycystic ovaries, so they decided to find out the baby’s sex early to plan for the future and avoid any more surprises.

Sam and Alice have been together for 14 months, after meeting in July 2024 as crowds gathered to watch Spain beat England in the Euros final.
They became engaged eight months later and faced criticism on screen from their Chelsea cast mates over the whirlwind pace of their romance but for Sam admitted life finally feels complete.
Alice said: ‘It was definitely a surprise. I had missed a period, but I have polycystic ovaries, so it wasn’t a shock to have missed a period.
‘But I did a test to be safe, and I wasn’t expecting anything, but it was positive. It was a big shock, we looked at each other and thought, wow, this is big but everything else in our lives was so right.
‘We knew we were obviously going to be together and there is never perfect timing, so we are changing the plan around.
‘I thought there’s a chance in the future that maybe I wouldn’t be able to have children so in a way it was a relief too because this shows that I can.’
Sam added: ‘We are having a boy. Where the pregnancy was so unexpected we didn’t want any more surprises, so we took a blood test to find out.’
Sam’s father, businessman and DJ Mark Vanderpump, died by suicide in 2018 at the age of 59, leaving Sam even closer to his aunt, Lisa, in the aftermath.

The couple admitted they were nervous to tell Alice’s father the happy news but were pleasantly surprised when he turned out to be the most excited of their relatives
Speaking about the baby’s name, Sam explained: ‘We have a name, it’s Marmaduke.
‘My dad is no longer with us, but he always wanted to call my brother ‘Duke’ because he believed my brother would one day become Prime Minister, Duke Vanderpump. I really love the name.
‘My mum didn’t like it, so my brother was named Jack. My dad still had the last laugh by giving him the middle name Daniels. I think Marmaduke is fantastic, and we’ll call him Duke for short.
‘There’s a great Downton Abbey scene where Maggie Smith and her daughter discuss a man named Marmaduke, which made us love it even more.’
Vanderpump Rules star Lisa has grown even closer to Sam since the tragic loss of her older brother almost seven years ago.
‘My aunt has been amazing, she really, really has,’ Sam added.
‘Since my dad passed away seven years ago, she really stepped up, she has been there and became an amazing support network for me and my brother.
Over the last year and a half since Alice has been around, I have become even closer to my aunt because she gets on so well with Alice.
‘She has invited Alice to stay with her in Vegas, in LA, she has invited Alice onto set with her, they get on so well. She has even nicknamed Alice, Ally.’

Sam revealed Lisa wants to ensure she can attend the couple’s first wedding, planned for later this year while the main celebration is set for 2027.
Sam continued: ‘Before she left, she told me to let her know when the wedding will be so she can be there.
‘The plan is to get married in 2027 and really enjoy our engagement. We still plan to have a big wedding then and it will be a nearly 200 people wedding.
‘But there’s a potentiality that we will do a smaller, very low-key, intimate wedding at the end of this year so when Alice gives birth, she has my last name, and we are a family.
‘Our wedding will be in the UK but if my aunt had her way we would be getting married in Vegas, for us that’s probably not what we want.’
